Caption : BANGALORE, 12/08/2011: 'Sir Mokshgundam Visvesvaray - The Legendary Nation Builder' exhibition was inaugurated at Visvesvaraya Musem on August 12, 2011 in Bangalore. This exhibition has been designed and developed by Visvesvaraya Industrial and Technological Museum to commemorate 150th Birth Anniversary of Sir MV. The exhibition depicts the life and works of Bharat Ratna, Dr. Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya, who was an engineer par excellence statesman, a visionary and a nation builder. The highlight of lthe exhibition is a special display are in which several original belongings like sofa set, dewan's gown, Dictionary, Centre Table with Flower Vase, TYPEWRITER, Bable Fan, Radio, Calling bell, pen stane and several other items of Sir MV have been displayed. Smt Shakuntala Krishnamurthy Daughter in Law of MV guest of honour, and Satish Mokshagundam, Grandson and the family members showing the Medal of honours (Bharat Ratna and Knight CIE) Sir MV got.
