Rosaiah inaugurated the -TSI VENTURES, a Tishman Speyer and ICICI JV, it?s first world class office facility named ?Wave Rock? in Hyderabad located at Gachibowli next to the Financial District on Tuesday .?Wave Rock? is a unique signature building designed by world renowned architect Pei Cobb Freed & Partners known for landmarks like ?the Grand Louvre Pyramid, Paris? and ?the Bank of China Tower, Hong Kong?. It will provide 2.2 million sq.ft. of class A office space in a IT-SEZ promoted by the APIIC. Wave Rock will be able to offer 15,000-20,000 sq feet of contiguous space to large tenants in an SEZ environment in Gachibowli, the emerging financial district of Hyderabad. It has a capacity to seat 20,000 people. Beside him is Jerry Speyer , Chairman and Co-CEO of Tishman Speyer , USA , Ministers P. Sabita Indra Reddy and Ponnala Lakshmiah flank him.
